Shipping Information

Pre-Made Items: These will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Pre-Order Items: These will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks after production has started, unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the description of each individual item for specific details regarding pre-made and pre-order items.

Please note that the shipping estimate includes production, processing, quality checks, and delivery to your address. We are committed to ensuring your order is delivered promptly without compromising our high standards of quality. Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.

Returns and Chargebacks

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Orders identified as chargebacks, or high risk will not be shipped and will be canceled.

Lost Packages and Incorrect Addresses

Anonymous A5ylum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The buyer assumes full responsibility upon purchase. Please contact USPS or your local postal carrier to locate your package or file a lost package report. Anonymous A5ylum is not responsible for incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is fully responsible for covering the cost to reship the package.
